1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Core 30 Digital collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you register for or attend our online training, buy a VIP ticket, or otherwise interact with our webinar funnel and related pages.

  • Data controller: Core 30 Digital
  • Registered in: England and Wales
  • Company number: 16779565
  • Registered address: Skyview House, 10 St Neots Road, Sandy, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, SG19 1LB
  • Contact for privacy matters: oscar@owencreative.com

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Core 30 Digital. "You" and "your" mean the person whose personal data we process.

For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. The Personal Data We Collect

Data you give us

When you register or purchase, we collect the information you enter into our forms, which typically includes your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number.

If you buy a VIP ticket, our payment provider collects the payment details needed to process it. We do not receive or store your full card number.

If you contact us, submit a question, or take part in a live session, we collect the content of what you send or say, including anything you type into the webinar chat or submit through an application form.

Data we collect automatically

When you visit our pages we collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the links you click, referring URLs, and the source, medium and campaign parameters that brought you to the page.

Data from other sources

If you reach us through an advertising platform or a partner link, we may receive limited information from that source, such as the campaign you responded to.

We do not intentionally collect any special category data, and we ask that you do not submit health, political, religious or similar sensitive information through our forms or the webinar chat.

3. How We Use Your Data, and Our Lawful Basis

We use your personal data for the following purposes.

To deliver the training you registered for. Sending your joining link, reminders, the recording where applicable, and running the live session. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

To process and support a VIP purchase. Taking payment, granting access, handling refunds and answering support requests. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

To send you marketing. Emails and, where you have given the consent requested at registration, SMS messages about our training, related content and offers. Lawful basis: consent, or our legitimate interest in marketing to existing registrants and customers where permitted by law. You can withdraw at any time.

To run and measure our advertising. Including showing relevant ads and measuring their performance through the platforms described in section 5. Lawful basis: consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in promoting our training.

To improve our funnel and content. Understanding how people use our pages so we can improve them. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and consent where analytics cookies are used.

To run prize draws. Administering entry, selecting a winner and awarding the prize. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with entrants, and our legitimate interest in promoting the training.

To comply with the law and protect our rights. Keeping records, meeting tax and accounting obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims. Lawful basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights, and we have concluded they are not. You can ask us for more detail on this assessment.

4. How We Use Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make our pages work, to remember your preferences, and to measure and improve our advertising.

This includes the Meta pixel, which allows us to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to understand which actions people take on our pages, and to show relevant ads. Some of this measurement uses server side event tracking as well as the browser pixel.

Non essential cookies, including advertising and analytics cookies, are only set where you have given consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link on our pages.

For more detail on the specific cookies we use, see our cookie preferences tool.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the training and the funnel, and only so they can perform that service for us. These providers act as our processors, except where noted that they act as an independent controller.

Webinar funnel and hosting. Our funnel pages are built and hosted on our own infrastructure using Lovable, which processes the data you submit through the pages.

Email. Kit, also known as ConvertKit, sends our emails and stores the associated contact data.

Payments. Whop processes VIP ticket payments. Whop may act as an independent controller or merchant of record for the payment itself and applies its own privacy policy to that processing.

Customer relationship management and SMS. We use a GoHighLevel sub-account for marketing communications and SMS delivery, and Close for sales follow up. SMS is delivered to recipients in the United Kingdom and the United States through the carriers and messaging routes connected to that system.

Automation. Zapier passes data between our webinar platform, email, payment and CRM systems so they stay in sync.

Webinar delivery. Our live sessions run on a third party webinar and video platform, which processes the data needed to admit you to the session and to record it.

Advertising platforms. Meta Platforms, Inc. receives event and measurement data as described in section 4, and acts as an independent controller for its own advertising and analytics purposes under its own privacy policy.

Professional advisers and authorities. We may share data with our accountants, lawyers or insurers, or with a public authority, where we are required to or where it is necessary to protect our rights.

Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganised, your data may transfer to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy or an equivalent one.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where your data is transferred outside the UK or the EEA, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, which is usually an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the Standard Contractual Clauses with any required addendum. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards that apply.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it.

We keep registration and marketing data for as long as you remain an active contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you unsubscribe.

We keep records relating to a purchase for as long as required to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, which in the United Kingdom is generally six years.

We keep prize draw records for a short period after the draw closes, in case of a query about the result.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data.

  • The right to be informed about how we use it, which this policy provides.
  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
  • The right to have your data erased in certain circumstances.
  • The right to restrict or object to certain processing, including a clear right to object to direct marketing at any time.
  • The right to data portability for data you provided to us, where processing is based on consent or contract.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
  • The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not make such decisions.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at oscar@owencreative.com. We will respond within the time the law allows, which is normally one month. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and give consent on our registration form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Core 30 Digital about the training you registered for.

The messages you will receive include reminders before the session, your joining link, notification when a recording is available, and occasional marketing messages about our related training and offers.

Message frequency is around 5 to 8 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP to any message, or by emailing oscar@owencreative.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. How to Opt Out of Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

You can stop marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie preferences link on our pages.

Opting out of marketing does not stop the messages we need to send to deliver something you registered for or bought, such as your joining link or a receipt.

11. How We Protect Your Data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we require our service providers to do the same.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

Our training and our funnel are intended for adults in a business context and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third Party Links

Our pages and communications may link to third party websites and platforms that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their own policies.

This site is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube or Google LLC. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. YOUTUBE is a trademark of Google LLC.

14. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at oscar@owencreative.com so we can try to resolve it.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let registrants know.

16. Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact Core 30 Digital at oscar@owencreative.com, or by post at the registered address in section 1.
